Terms of Service

By agreeing to these Terms of Service you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence (whichever is greater). You must sign in using your Discord account to create an account and access our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity under your Rocket HQ account. You may not share, transfer, sell, or assign your account access to any other person. One account per Discord account; duplicate or shared accounts may be terminated.

Rocket HQ provides three things. First, Rocket Coins, a virtual currency that can be purchased with real money and redeemed for digital services on our platform. Second, subscription plans that provide access to tiered community features, member discounts on service redemptions, and other digital perks. Third, a service redemption portal where you spend Rocket Coins on digital services listed on our site.

The specific services, subscription tiers, and their pricing are described on our website at the time of purchase or redemption. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services, subscription tiers, or pricing at any time. All Services are delivered digitally.

Rocket Coins are a virtual in-platform currency. They can be purchased with real money through our supported payment methods and they can be redeemed for digital services we offer. Rocket Coins have no cash value outside of our platform, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.

Your Rocket Coin balance and full transaction history are visible in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and redemption value of Rocket Coins at any time. In the event of account termination for serious violation of these Terms, any remaining Rocket Coin balance may be forfeited.

Subscription plans bill on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual schedule depending on the cadence you choose. Each cycle automatically renews and charges your saved payment method unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings or cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription will retry per Stripe's standard dunning rules and will be suspended or cancelled if recovery fails. Subscription tiers may include percentage-based discounts on coin redemptions; the specific discount and features in each tier are shown on our website at the time of purchase.

EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU normally grants a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because our purchases provide immediate access to digital content (Rocket Coins are credited to your balance and subscription features are unlocked at the moment of payment), you will be asked at checkout to acknowledge that you request immediate access and that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

You must agree to this waiver before completing the purchase. A record of your consent is kept in your account transaction history. The same immediate-access terms apply to non-EU customers.

Digital sales are generally final once access is delivered, but legitimate refunds are available on first-time monthly subscriptions and one-time Rocket Coin purchases for 7 days after the original transaction, provided the coins from that order haven't been redeemed yet. Service redemptions and Rocket Coins that have already been spent on services cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our discretion when something has clearly gone wrong on our side.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to your tier's features and discounts until that date. No Rocket Coins are refunded for unused time within a billing cycle.

Disabling auto-renewal achieves the same outcome (no future charges) while preserving your current cycle.

Some subscription tiers include percentage-based member discounts applied when redeeming Rocket Coins for services. Discounts apply to the coin cost of services, not to the purchase of Rocket Coins themselves.

Promotional and referral codes may be issued from time to time. Such codes are one-time use per account, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or redistributed. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or end any discount program at any time. Abuse of codes (e.g. creating multiple accounts to stack a promo) may result in account termination.

Use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not: use the Services for any fraudulent or harmful purpose; harass, threaten, or abuse other members; share or redistribute premium content, codes, or account access; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Services; create multiple accounts to exploit promotions; manipulate your Rocket Coin balance or transaction history; or disrupt the community or other members' experience.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials on the Services are owned by Rocket HQ or its licensors and are protected by United States intellectual property laws. Your account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Discord and Stripe. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, filed a chargeback in bad faith, manipulated the Rocket Coin system, created multiple accounts, or otherwise harmed the community or the platform.

Where termination is for cause, no refund or reimbursement of Rocket Coins will be issued. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

If something looks wrong on your statement, please email [email protected] before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We resolve almost every legitimate billing concern within a couple of business days.

A chargeback filed in good faith on a real problem will not be penalized. A chargeback filed in bad faith (for example, on a service that was clearly delivered and used) may result in account termination, forfeiture of any remaining Rocket Coin balance, and a permanent ban from the platform, and we reserve the right to dispute it through Stripe.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of the Services, including the continued availability of any particular service or redemption option.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket HQ and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocket HQ and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a refreshed "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It's your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.
